Introducing Purple Passion. The face is an amethyst stone. She has metal bead caps for her boobs and holds a wishing star. The strap is done in Ndebele stitch. This was a very nostalgic piece for me and reminded me of one of my favorite childhood books, Harold and the Purple Crayon.

I love it! I do know Harold and the Purple Crayon - great inspiration :) And so cool that this represents so much happiness for you during February. The colors are terrific and the beading wonderfully tight. I really like the fringe at the bottom, too. Adds a lightness to it that conveys your joy.
loooove the purple! very passionate indeed!
Just beautiful!! I clicked on the picture to see it up close! Wonderful!
Very pretty. This will be an interesting series. Have fun.
Purple isn't one of my favorite colors but I like this one! Especially her boobs! LOL
At first I thought how beautiful, then I read your post about metal caps for boobs and just laughed.
Beyond that, I felt whimsical reading about Harold and the Purple Crayon. That's art -- evokes all kinds of emotions! My favorite colors too. :)
She's beautiful! I love the little wishing star, it's a great accessory for her!
Harold and the Purple Crayon... OMG, I haven't heard that charmer mentioned for a long time!!!! I'll have to go find my copy and read it again. I was out of childhood by the time it was written, but I used to take a copy with me wherever I babysat to read to the kids. Besides that trip down nostalgia lane, I love your Purple Passion! Oh, she's soooooooo purple! Happy birthday, anniversary and Valentine's Day... hope all the celebration and joy will carry come with you into March!
